Simulative mapping of HV cables – The next level of safety

Electromobility is developing faster than ever—and with it, the requirements for high-voltage safety. At Kube GmbH Ingenieurbüro, we are working on the precise, digital mapping of high-voltage cables (HV cables) in electric and hybrid vehicles and have already successfully completed the first real-world preliminary tests.

In close collaboration with Fraunhofer IGCV, we are developing an innovative solution that enables HV cables to be converted into digital models at the highest level. This technology is an important step forward in high-voltage technology and offers car manufacturers the opportunity to make vehicle designs more precise and safer, which significantly increases the safety of electric and hybrid vehicles.

The first real-world tests with HV cables provide valuable insights that serve as the basis for digital mapping. These tests enable potential safety risks to be identified at an early stage and remedied with targeted optimizations to improve vehicle safety and efficiency.

With the digital mapping of HV cables, we are setting a milestone in the further development of electromobility and actively contributing to making the future of electromobility safer and more efficient.
