Simulative Modeling of HV Cables – The Next Level of Safety

Electromobility is developing faster than ever – and with it, the requirements for High-Voltage Safety. At Kube GmbH Ingenieurbüro, we are working on the precise, Digital Modeling of High-Voltage Cables (HV Cables) in Electric and Hybrid Vehicles and have already successfully completed the Preliminary Hardware Tests.

In close Collaboration with Fraunhofer IGCV, we are developing an Innovative Solution that enables HV Cables to be converted into Digital Models at the Highest Level. This Technology marks an important Step forward in High-Voltage Systems and offers Vehicle Manufacturers the Opportunity to model their Cables in a standardized and robust Way, enabling more comprehensive Evaluations and significantly enhancing the Safety of Electric and Hybrid Vehicles.

The Preliminary Hardware Tests provided valuable insights that serve as the Basis for Digital Modeling. These Tests enable potential Safety Risks to be identified at an early Stage and remedied with targeted Optimizations to improve Vehicle Safety and Efficiency.
