This Project is a prime Example of innovative Vehicle Development, where modern Simulation Techniques and structural Analyses offer decisive added Value.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dc5df8a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"dc5df8a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Our Role in Project Optimization<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ba47e13 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ba47e13\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The focus of our work was on the structural design of the low-floor and high-floor areas of the minibus. Detailed Calculations and Finite Element Simulations (FEM) enabled us to develop targeted adjustments that both improved load-bearing capacity and strengthened the overall structure of the vehicle in the long term.<\/p><p>A particular project success: targeted lightweight construction measures and structural adjustments made it possible to significantly reduce the weight of the vehicle while maintaining the same level of rigidity.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e76bba0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e76bba0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Overview of Technical Measures:<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c830fcd elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c830fcd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li><strong>Reinforcements in the raised floor at the rear axle<\/strong><br \/>These reinforcements reduce localised stress peaks and increase structural rigidity in the critical area of the rear axle.<\/li><li><strong>Revised axle mount with additional nodes<\/strong><br \/>The modification ensures improved force distribution and increases fatigue strength under dynamic loads, which enhances the durability of the axle design.<\/li><li><strong>Adjustments to the spot welds and increased sheet metal wall thickness<\/strong><br \/>Targeted modifications to the weld points and increased sheet metal thickness minimise stress peaks and ensure structural integrity under high loads.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3d71426 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"3d71426\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cf72aa7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"cf72aa7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Project Insights<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8c51b87 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8c51b87\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>&#8220;From the outset, our collaboration with Kube Ingenieurb\u00fcro GmbH was characterized by a high level of technical expertise and a deep understanding of the complex technical requirements of our vehicle. We wanted to try to achieve maximum passenger capacity in combination with a safe and reliable design. Together, we were able to achieve significant improvements to our premium product, the City 75 ELECTRIC, through precise simulations and targeted structural measures \u2013 a real gain in terms of vehicle quality and efficiency.
