Review of an Outstanding Project Year in 2023<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

It is with great pleasure and pride that we look back on a highlight from 2023: Kube GmbH Ingenieurb\u00fcro played a key role in the engineering implementation and validation of a project that was honoured with the prestigious JEC World Innovation Award \u2013 one of the world’s most important awards in the field of fibre composites and lightweight construction.<\/p>

In addition, our work was featured and published by CompositesWorld, the international trade journal of Gardner Business Media, Inc. \u2013 another milestone for our team and a great recognition of our work in the field of computer-aided engineering (CAE).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

CAE-based Simulations for Maximum Efficiency in Lightweight Construction<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Our task within the project was to use CAE simulations to provide precise insights into the behaviour of carbon fibre structures under various load scenarios. The aim was to minimise weight without compromising mechanical performance \u2013 a classic conflict in modern lightweight construction. <\/p>

Using sophisticated simulation methods, we were able to further develop the design using a bionic approach and identify significant potential for material savings and performance optimisation. The combination of carbon fibre technology and nature-inspired design is a prime example of the interplay between technology, efficiency and sustainability. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
